Yolko (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a shared global game. We built it to collect as little information about you as possible. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any account. This policy explains what limited information the App handles and why.

Information we handle

Anonymous device IDWhen you first open the App, we create a random token to track shared game progress for your device. It is not linked to your real identity.
Region & languageA coarse country/region and language you select (or that your device reports) so the App can show your country on the world map and display text in your language. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Device & app infoBasic technical details such as device model, operating system version, and app version, used to run the service and fix problems.
Push tokenIf you allow notifications, a device push token so we can send game alerts. You can turn this off any time in your device settings.
Gameplay activityAnonymous in-game actions (such as warming and tap counts) used to advance the shared egg and show statistics.

How we use it

What we don’t do

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting and Apple’s push notification service), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep the limited data described above only as long as needed to run the game. Because there is no account, you can clear your local data at any time by deleting the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can disable notifications in your device settings, and you can remove all data associated with your device by deleting the App. To ask a question about your data, contact us below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
