Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yolko (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Yolko app and related services (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
• Cheat, automate, script, or otherwise interfere with the shared game or its servers.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
• Submit content or use the App in a way that is abusive, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

3. The game is shared and may change

Yolko is a single, shared, experimental experience. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, reset progress, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Game progress and in-app outcomes have no monetary value.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the limited information we handle.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, artwork, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Apple

If you obtained the App through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
